We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel 14 or more days before your program begins, you'll receive a full refund (less any applicable processing fees). Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward a future program. Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins or for missed classes due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances, as materials, instructors, and class sizes are planned in advance. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive the choice of a full refund or program credit. For complete details, please see our full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If a class or workshop is full, you can join the waitlist at no cost. If a spot becomes available, we'll contact people on the waitlist in the order they signed up. We also use waitlists to gauge interest, so if enough people are waiting, we may add another session whenever possible.
